My guess is that you'd need camber plates to get that kind of camber, check out Bimmerworld.com or HPA for options. Although, if you're going that route, you may want to consider pairing w a good set of coilovers (I assume you want camber adjustment for weekend trackdays or autoX).

As for rear wheel width, I'm guessing you could fit 11's w/out issue but you'll have to wait on your car to be sure (comes w 10's). If it rubs, you could always have the quarters rolled...eeeek. But then...why? It already comes w staggered figment and good tires, so unless you're planning a major power upgrade, I wouldn't risk scewing up your car :- )
