The 18x8.5" ET35 remains the best option for the E82 non-M in this design.
As mentioned above, the 18x8.5" ET35 is quite aggressive for the 1 series chassis. If you want to run the 18x8.5" ET35 as a square fitment on your non-M 1 series, the wheel will extend out an additional 10mm front and rear compared to our ARC-8/EC-7 recommended setup. Therefore, you will need to run negative camber up front and rear. In addition, a fender roll may also be needed in the rear to clear the fender. We recommend pairing that with a 245/35-18 tire.
