I think so; currently I am trying out the service managers at 2 other dealers in my area (Knauz and Patrick, both suburban Chicago) after dead-ending at Motorwerks. If no satisfaction it is time for "customer relations", first by phone then in writing if need be and would love to tack on other "stories".
