Thought I'd share my tracking experience with PSS's.

The PSS's, which came with my car, made great street tires but could not cope with aggressive track driving. I have since moved on to ZII's which offer much better grip, response and overall confidence.

The PSS's have about 10k street miles, 2 autox days, and 6 days of track duty (only about half of the sessions being dry). Both fronts have failed and started ripping at where the bead touches the wheel rim. The tech who changed my tires thinks it was due to excessive heat. Also notice the excessive sidewall wear due to rolling over.
