Congrats and welcome to the fold! Small detail but I am quite sure Kyle runs a 12mm front spacer on his +45 wheels ending up with an effective +33. +35 will definitely clear but may rub the strut if you are planning on running the very wide 255 RE71R under hard cornering.

Also, consider your rear swaybar choice very carefully as it is a real pain in the ass to change - you are right on the money doing it while you do the subframe but you are going to have to live with it. I believe Kyle runs the Eibach, and I run the Hotchkis which are both quality products - I had a UUC Swaybarbarian on my E36 and it was just fine but there have been some mixed reviews for the E8X/E9X product and I was personally not willing to risk it.
