So far, so good. The first drive after I installed the PE, it was underwhelming. After about 50 miles, it's starting to sound much better. I don't see any real downside to installing the 135i PE except that it's moderately more difficult to install. If anything, it offers slightly lower restriction than the standard 128i PE.
Forget about the 128i PE, you're never going to get one unless someone sells their car. You should get the 135i PE while you can.
