Yep, be careful.
I know in Austria they have to flash you from in front IF you're not Austrian(lic plates). On most of the tunnels... they have cameras that will flash you from behind - but if you have plates from another country... They have to get you from the front... so they can identify WHO was driving. So I have heard.
I also know that say in Italy... they have up to one year to send you the ticket!
Recently I got "flashed" in France on the highway... I was doing the speed limit of 90 kph(posted) and I have no idea why I was flashed for at night. I guess I shall see (if and)when the ticket comes.
