I think error code
"00604D" is an ABS fault code. At least that's what I found on a simple Google search. See link bellow.

When you say you replaced the "RDC" what do you mean? The TPMS sensor inside the tire? Is your car a US Spec car? Or Canadian or ROW ? Or did you replace the TPMS ecu in the right rear of the trunk?
