Wax your wheels with a dedicated wheel sealant (Poorboys, Swissvax, etc.). Brake dust comes off easier but more important doesn't stick that well to the wheels.
Also change brake pads. My wheels were black after a week of driving - changed the pads to EBC redStuff and brake dust was like 80% less.
