What is the price point you are looking at? Lines, pads, and fluid should be fine for the occasional track day. However, Zolder is pretty heavy on the brakes, so I'd look at going full BBK. You'll find plenty of options to out their that will be suitable for your needs and are very close when you compare performance. When I was shopping around for brakes my greatest concern was pad selection and the ease of ability to get them rebuilt locally (which left me with stoptech, ap, brembo, and performance fiction).
