You got OEM part numbers for the coils handy by any chance? Adding this to my list of maintenance parts to pick up when I get time. So Delphi makes the OEM coils? Would it be cheaper to just buy the Delphi branded coils as opposed to the BMW branded (made by Delphi) ones? |
Yes. It would be about half price to buy current Delphi coils. I don't have th number on me at the moment but can post it later. I drove it all day yesterday and noticed little difference from the original Bosch ones. Maybe slightly better throttle response but ever so slight. I bought bmw coils. Only benefit now is that I can say I have the updated coils.
