You got OEM part numbers for the coils handy by any chance? Adding this to my list of maintenance parts to pick up when I get time. So Delphi makes the OEM coils? Would it be cheaper to just buy the Delphi branded coils as opposed to the BMW branded (made by Delphi) ones?
Yes. It would be about half price to buy current Delphi coils. I don't have th number on me at the moment but can post it later. I drove it all day yesterday and noticed little difference from the original Bosch ones. Maybe slightly better throttle response but ever so slight. I bought bmw coils. Only benefit now is that I can say I have the updated coils.
