Until official figures are released, we're going to have to guess... I recall someone posting the weight differences in the engines here, so that would be a start. It's like 75 lbs difference btw the n52 vs. n54 if you believe this:

328i coupe 3351 [3417] lbs
335i coupe 3571 [3582] lbs
So you've got 220lbs there...
But the devil is in the details...
The 335i vs. the 328i might not be equipped like the 135i vs. the 128i. We already know that the 135i is going to come with more standard features than just the N54 engine, how much weight those extras add is anyones guess.
Also, we don't know if any "ballast" is being added to the rear of 135i to compensate for the heavier engine to acheive the 50/50 weight distribution, or if the 128i is going to have that ballast added to the front, or if they designed the E82 so that it it would be right in the middle and ballast would be added to both...
The 128 will be lighter than the 135, but only the factory knows by how much.
My WAG (wild ass guess) ?? Maybe 100-200 lbs lighter than the 135i :iono:
