Ok, so I want to make sure that I am doing this right. I believe it is easy and no one else seems to have asked. But those that have accessed the East Coast Shipping Site may be able to answer this.

From there I go to the "Customer Care" Menu and select "Cargo Tracking".
From there I select "Auto Cargo" on the right under "Track By".
Finally under "Cargo ID" I place my entire VIN in the box.
That is what I would expect. I think I am just upset that I did not make it on the first boat, of course that would have been pure luck. Thanks in advance for your help.
