ok took some pics of the rear right and rear left wheels.

Apologise tt the Pictures are not very well taken but it just gives an idea tt the right gap is indeed smaller than the left which result in rubbing at times.
The BMW Service Centre technician told me its NORMAL for right side to be lower?
