Lets wonder what condition is the vehicle in?
Good
Bad - Vacuum line missing in the engine bay photo.
- Turbo waste gate rattle
- Wheels doesn't match
- driver headlight is bad (water leaks into headlight)
- Cracked windshield
We can consider your car is "average" and "good" with mechanical issues (turbos and missing vacuum line) and cosmic issues (wheels and headlight).
Nadaguide $9,400
Edmunds $7,112
KBB $10,134
Conclusion:
If your BMW 135i n54 turbos are still under warranty why haven't you had them replaced? A Carfax report might support your (or BMW's) claim of a HPFP being replaced. The vehicle was listed on eBay with no reserve so it can be said you were ready to sell at $9,500.
