Now get yourself a small racheting strap to keep the spare from sliding around. Anchor the ends to the two hooks on the inside of the trunk nearest the latch. Slide the wheel all the way so it is flush against the inside panel (same side as the hooks). Run the strap around the tire and tighten. I put my spare in a tire tote as well so that if I need to change a tire I have a clean bag to put the flat one in.
