Wolfe has tried some different transmission mounts. In the end he went with M3 ones bc of the high NVH was too much. Wolfe also made a DIY and posted it on the last page of this trhead.
Anyone fitted e46 M3 transmission mounts?

I have the e9x M3 rear subframe bushing. While totally getting rid of the rear end wiggle(aka the rubber band effect) they are really not that much stiffer on rough pavement.
