Wow - I'm surprised. Most experiences I have heard of have been positive. I'm 30K kms into my B12 kit and all has been well so far knock on wood.
One question - the tear in the tab that's on the shock body, that doesn't seem right, a lot of force would have had to been applied to rip the metal like that. Did that happen when you were trying to dis-assemble the shock? Not trying to say they are right, just wondering on that part as it's a pretty sturdy/thick piece of metal...
