Played golf tonight at Hartlen Point, and surprisingly there were two black 1s parked in the parking lot. One convertible, the other a coupe. Wish I had of brought my AW 1 to join the team, but alas the Volvo wagon is much better at handling golf clubs.
I drove by the Autoport on the way home. It's pretty amazing to see an entire countries worth (Canada) of BMW/Minis/Audis/Porsches etc. etc. in one place. I pulled over and took a pic of a group of 4-series 5 wide and 30-40 deep. Security came over and made me delete the pictures, I sh1t you not.
My understanding is that every car made in Europe destined for Canada, travels through this parking lot in Dartmouth (aka Halifax).
