Fantastic!
A few quick observations:
1) 4 hrs of labor to install the mechanical bits seems quite reasonable
2) Didn't see anything that the larger radiator needs specifc coding beyong installing the software - I already have the PPK1 software, so I'm curious to know if the extra PPK2 hardware (including new fan) can be retrofitted at an independent shop
