Unfortunately the e87 hatchbacks I don't think ever came with fins, instead you could get a stubby option like a bee stinger.
If you want to retrofit the shark fin you can either go OEM from BMW dealership, or you could try your luck with replicas on eBay.
I decided to stick with OEM and it cost ~$100 (not sure if i got the primed one or the painted one - it came matte black). It's not a perfect flush fit, depending on where you position it, the front may be raised by ~1mm but 3M tape does a great job holding it on.
