It's called the Transfagarasan Highway (DN 7C). If you find it on google maps and zoom it to see all the curves, you'll be amazed. It runs from Pitesti up to Victoria.
Heck I'm willing to fly over there, rent the "right" type of car and do it.
Just awesome. You should know, it's 92Km long and supposedly, the average/max speed is 40kmp to be safe! It's open from June or July till Oct.
