I'm running the MPS4 (not S), 225/40R18 at the front, 255/35R18 at the rear.
All the reviews I saw said the MPS4's were better in every way than the MPSS's and the MPS4S's were better again.
I've never had MPSS, so I can't tell you first-hand how they compare.
