When LEO's are posting on a forum in anonymity, they usually tell all
I've already quoted a website (Ontario) where this is being done
helped me loads of times so far, in being ticket free, past 4 years
and knowing what to do when stopped
It's no secret, but they just can't come out on CNN and tell you
