Check your chassis grounds(in each corner of the car). Perhaps you have a bad ground wire(loose connection?) or corrosion.
Only the stock pre LCI tail lights had a problem, where the LED tubes would break at the circuit board. ALL pre LCI lights made before December 2011 will go bad like that. Thats why a lot of us upgraded to Blacklines.
