Definitely a quality issue I'm concerned with and I think most would agree, companies that decide to move production to save money are never the same. Honestly oil filters are nothing to go cheap on...please tell me you're not like a FRAM or anything on sale I go with guy...this is what happens when ya go with a sexy FRAM. (NOT MINE!)
