It really shouldn't matter for a street car that's just not that heavy. I bought my car a couple of weeks ago with the Firestones on it and they are the XL's. I wasn't planning on running them as a track tire but I did this past weekend at Sebring and they leave a lot to be desired. They feel great on the street though.
