I fixed the light and long pedal with the 335i (F30) front brakes.

Porterfield R4 racing brake pads (holy crap these things are amazing) and removing some of the nannies included in the DSC module. I coded out rain brake assist, maximum brake support, faded brake compensation, brake wear compensation, emergency brake readiness, and changed the front axle pressure model to 135i spec. Pedal is totally consistent, firm (not hard) and short (the PERFECT length for heel-toe) and hugely effective at hauling this thing down for the corners. Also have Motul 600 fluid, but I've always had that and it's never been an issue.

The coding is pretty simple using the usual combination of NCS' Expert and Dummy.
