Porterfield R4 racing brake pads (holy crap these things are amazing) and removing some of the nannies included in the DSC module. I coded out rain brake assist, maximum brake support, faded brake compensation, brake wear compensation, emergency brake readiness, and changed the front axle pressure model to 135i spec. Pedal is totally consistent, firm (not hard) and short (the PERFECT length for heel-toe) and hugely effective at hauling this thing down for the corners. Also have Motul 600 fluid, but I've always had that and it's never been an issue.

The coding is pretty simple using the usual combination of NCS' Expert and Dummy.
How do you change axle pressure model ?
You need to go into the DSC module in NCS Expert, read the module, then code Druckmodell in Dummy, then write in Expert.

Honestly, I don't know that it was what changed the whole feel, but it's part of what I did.
