All 135i's have the same suspension whether they have M-sport or not. Its only on the 128i that the M-sport gets you the stiffer better suspension.
OP - if your want to keep your warranty... I think the
Performance Suspension(PS) is the way to go. BMW dealers sell it and warranty it. Its rumored that KW did the shock/spring tuning for BMW's PS.
