One option is get a Cobb Accessport, upload a tune which is close to what you want, then adjust it with their Accesstuner software.

Accesstuner software is free for individual use on your Accessport variant only after you do an online course, which is not free, to show that "you know what you are doing". Incidentally, the course is actually useful and is specific to whatever vehicle you have an Accessport for. I have done their course for the N54/N55 and considered it worthwhile.

There is an Accesstuner Pro version also, but you don't need that.
