So was your rubbing more so due to the 17x9 having a taller tire in the rear? You said it was a 255 but didn't mention the other specs.

Regarding my previous post, I'd love to find a 18x8 et40 and 18x9 et45 setup but there's VERY little available wheel setups in that range. Right now my main two options are the Konig freeforms squared at 18x8.5 et43 245/35 or vmr 701's 18x8.5 et45 front 225/40 and 18x9.5 et50 rear 255/35. I had this exact setup on my previous N54 135 with the 701's and I loved em. I would rather run the 235's up front but I don't want to fuck around with rubbing.

My only reason issue with the VMR's is their weight is basically identical to stock, and even though its a slightly larger set I'd rather had a weight reduction when upgrading wheels/tires. Hence the Konig setup
