Brake job is pretty easy DIY... Rotors are not really that expensive and honestly super easy to change.
Not sure how a valve cover gasket is $1400 either. Maybe I'm missing something, but the gasket is like $60 or whatever plus the special glue, it's easily accessible. Seems like it shouldn't be more than 3 hour of shop labor or a 3-5 hour DIY. ???
Rest of that belt confetti cleanup, no idea.
