Pho is a very common Vietnamese dish. It is basically a large bowl of beef broth soup, rice noodle, usually served with thinly sliced beef. On top of which, people usually put coriander, bean sprouts, chile peppers, lemon or lime, and Sriracha hot sauce.
Yum.
If you know anyone that's Vietnamese, get them to take you to try it sometime.
