For the 1M, I think fuel injectors have extended warranty coverage by BMW, but not ignition coils. Please chime in if I'm wrong. (I would like to be wrong.)

for sure the injectors are covered but I cannot find anything on the coils, so my bad for going from memory. We don't have that clean Utah air down here! : )
