Looks good to me. I would seriously join the Peachtree chapter of BMWCCA especially to find the best indy BMW garages in your area plus meet some of the members [some of whom will also have a 135] who may be able to help or advise for future maintenance and repairs. Also one of the good indys could do a PPI. These cars are great if properly maintained, empty your wallet if not. N55 is a good engine.
