"We can confirm that the B8 valving will accommodate modest spring rate increases. 50-100lbs per corner should be ok. Thanks.
If he's referring to stock BMW spring rates, then the Spec-R is as much rate as I can use. I will confirm with them ...
BMW M sport = 120/350 lbs/in.
Swift Spec-R springs = 201/503 lbs/in.
