I don't have any numbers to back up my statements, but the reduction in weight from swapping to the Breytons and non runflat tires really changed the feel of the car. The car feels lighter on it's 'feet' in both acceleration and cornering. The biggest difference I've noticed is on washboard roads. On bad roads, the car was almost unmanagable at higher speeds. Now with the new wheels and tires, the car is so much smoother and in control now. I've gone with all-season Yoko's, so I can't tell you much about better cornering (hey, they were free). With the darker wheels, you'll notice personal performance gains since you don't have to wash the wheels all the time anymore to get rid of the brake dust.
