No not yet. I do have a weight reduction spreadsheet. It should be possible to go under 3000 lbs including a 140lb driver without doing anything too crazy but you have to remove the AC and replace the battery with a front mounted lifepo4.
One other thing is glass is really heavy. I've removed the glass on other cars and especially the front and rear windscreens are ridiculous and lexan is a good investment there. Only for track tho. Lexan side windows are good for a street car if you're careful and you save track-worthy weight.
