Tension arms might be okay but after less than 2,500 miles on my poly lower control arms, they are showing significant wear. In cycling the suspension, you can actually see how the arm requires some flex or a spherical to actually allow your front suspension to turn properly - I am not surprised to see that they have worn now that I know this. For that joint (which is not the tension arm), I would highly recommend a spherical or a soft bushing, not poly.
