Every on-line appraisal service will deduct from $500 to $2,000 for the car being a stick. We all know that makes it more valuable than an automatic—by at least that much if not more!

I'm gonna throw out a figure of $18,000, only because you just don't get all the money back from even the most tasteful mods. You could ask in the neighborhood of $20k and see if anyone bites, but I'd take an offer anywhere near my number if you're really anxious to sell.

Or, just keep it, drive it, and enjoy it. Maybe it will even appreciate in value!
