It should, you would have a 135 with the same diameter hand brake shoes as 335i.
The rear ebc pads for 135i spec would work fine with the rotor from the kit. its is same disk size as 135i rear rotor.
In general keep in mind that this mod reduces your rear rotor choices to the e91 rear performance rotor. Other rotors like the f10 one need other mods. For rear BBK, with this hub mod you would need to use an e90 rear bbk caliper & rotor combo.
