It was McKenna BMW in Norwalk and Shelly BMW in Buena Park. This is not to say it was "bad service", just not what I am accustom to from a luxury car dealer trying to establish a long tem relationship. It was what I would expect from Nissan or Mitsubishi. To you first time buyers out there this may seem like a nit pick, but says a lot about how dealers handle maintenance and warranty issues.
