The cost depends on the rotors you use. The e91 Perf dimpled/slotted rotors are typically the more expensive OE BMW rotors, they are a direct fit.
If you review my OP here there are also these rotors that need caliper spacers and/or dust shield mods:
F10 rear 2 piece rotor 330x20 - 1.5 mm spacer/washer for caliper
e46 m3 rears 328x20 - 5mm spacer for caliper & extended bolts
Other user has downsized to e90 328xi/330xi 300x20 rotors
ECS has prepacked the e91 Perf rotors, bearings and some maintenance parts into a kit:
