I think they are pretty much the same tire underneath the thread. ie: the tire carcus is the same. I would get the PS3's.
I would buy local if you can. That was the reason why I went with PS3's vs PSS's thru Tire Rack. I just did not want to deal with any hassles IF something went wrong. Its always better to deal with a local dealer.
