What springs will you be running for these stiffer shocks? What has been done to the suspension already? Track? Daily? Mix? What's your commute like? etc etc.

I have H&R lowering springs and have am gonna do a M3 rear sway bar when I do the shocks. I track the car sometimes but would like to have some daily use without it breaking my spine.
