I think around that mileage it would be wise to change all the coils. Maybe do it with new spark plugs too.

At that mileage the injectors could be bad too. But generally you should change a coil first (or move it) and then an injector for that cylinder. Most opt for moving them first.

Carbon buildup could also cause a misfire too.
Thanks, had the carbon cleaned about 20K ago. I'm looking for a used cobb to help me troubleshoot, but in the mean time I picked up a set of new coils for $230, so cheap insurance.
