My understanding from a co-worker with a 335 coupe currently running Procede V1.4 was that there was no issues with oil temperature on the manual transmission versions. It was only the first automatics that had the oil cooling problem. If a problem was experienced an additional oil cooler was installed free of charge.
For what it is worth he has had no issues to date with procede 1.4 installed. Has V2.0 but has not intalled it yet...something about not needing the extra power in the Canadian winters...blah blah blah blah
