Ok here is the update I received today out of the blue!
Dear Mr. Valentine:
As a follow-up to your earlier inquiry, we have been advised that the 1 Series will
be equipped with the secondary oil cooler provided that the vehicle is equipped with
the Sports Package. I hope this helps.
