For anyone that *really* wants to be a guinea pig. I found these in some searching. They come with not only the aftermarket CF paddle, but also the plastic mount. In theory this is everything you need to swap straight onto your E8X DCT car. Price is high for a china part but if its good quality still reasonable considering the alternatives:
